Creating Your Organization's Account

How to Add a Sub-Member
Sub-Members – Can be added through your organization neon account by the primary contact. Sub-Members are other individuals at your organization that are linked to that account. The purpose of this is that as a sub-member you can access member exclusive resources on our new website such as the Monthly Market Updates and take advantage of member exclusive discounts
- In order to add a sub-member your organization's membership must be active; you can only add sub-members if you have an active membership
- Memberships will go “inactive” 60 days after your annual membership expires, meaning you have up to 60 days to renew
- You cannot add sub-members during this 60-day grace period
- Once you go inactive your profile will be removed from the Membership Directory, and you will not have access to member exclusive resources
- Once membership is renewed, access to these resources and the Membership Directory will be restored. – an inactive account does not affect your status on committees
When the primary account contact logs in, they will be met with the home profile screen:
- Click on the memberships tab on the left side
On the membership page you will see "Add a Sub-member" in the upper right side.
- Click on that button and then you will be prompted to add others from your organization
- after adding them the system will send them a confirmation email where they will be prompted to set up a personal account of their own
