The Toxics in Packaging Clearinghouse (TPCH) Releases Study of Dollar Store & Retail Chain Samples
TPCH screened samples obtained in May - July 2010 from six dollar/discount retail chains and from “dollar” bins at two other retailers located in seven member states (CA, IA, NH, NJ, NY, RI and WA). The selected retailers operate over 100 stores each, while six of the eight retailers have at least 500 locations across 35 or more U.S states. The results of this study has now been published.
