Bottle Bill Committee

In April 2021, the NERC Board voted to form a Bottle Bill Committee. Committee membership is open to both Advisory and Board members. The committee will provide an opportunity for information exchange, updates on efforts to improve/expand bottle bills, the nexus between EPR and bottle bills and issues this may present, as well as other related topics. The committee will not be developing model legislation nor advocating on behalf of NERC for any specific position.
