NERC Publishes Updated Summary of Increased Capacity to Use Recycled Paper Announcements

NERC has again updated its report of published announcements about increased capacity to use recycled paper. Last updated in March of this year, the new report reflects announcements through early September and includes information about the status of some previous announcements.
