Updated Summary of Announced Increased Capacity to Use Recycled Paper Released

Since November of last year, the Northeast Recycling Council's (NERC) has been reporting on national investment in paper recycling infrastructure. First updated in April, it has once again been updated as a result of new industry announcements. The updated document includes additional capacity as of mid-June, as well as a map of the paper mills.
