(Brattleboro, VT) has elected the following board members to its executive committee for fiscal year 2013: Sarah Kite, director for the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corp. (Johnston, R.I.), president; Robert Isner, director of the waste engineering and enforcement division of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (Hartford, Conn.), vice president; and George Mac Donald, director of special projects with the Office of the Commissioner in Maine’s Department of Environmental Protection (Augusta, Maine), treasurer.
